Creating and Shipping your sculpture:
Most "handmade or custom" orders ship out anywhere within 15-30 business days. Sometimes its more, sometimes it is less. It depends on the current weather ( due to the lacquering process) and my schedule. Most items ship FED EX Ground and confirmation is sent to you with the tracking number. If you should need your sculpture by a certain date, please be sure to let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you. Custom orders can take up to 60 days or longer depending on the project.
International buyers - please contact me first if you are interested in purchasing any of my items. I will have to provide you with
a shipping quote and confirm the size is not too large to ship.
Please also be aware you are solely responsible for any customs fees/duties or taxes upon pick up or delivery of your item. There are no refunds or returns - this is not feasible. There is some risk. Please contact me with any questions.

I ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR MERCHANDISE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE
The most important thing you will need to know if you anticipate
returning, is that you must retain the original box and all the
internal packaging materials. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless there was an error on the sellers part. ( wrong color/wrong size) Each case will be handled on an individual basis. Please contact me for further return instructions and information.
Be sure to ask all questions and take proper measurements before you bid or purchase any item.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
Contact me immediately if there is damage and be sure to keep
all original box and materials.
If your item is lost or damaged in shipment, a claim is to be filed with the shipper. PHOTOS of box and damaged item must be emailed to me immediately so a claim can be started.
I will send out a replacement ASAP once the appropriate information is provided.
