What are your sculptures made of?
All of my sculptures are made from 1/2" MDF (medium density fiberboard). It is smooth, water resistant, strong, it does not warp and is perfect for painting on! I hand chose the best MDF for each of my sculptures. This is the base of all my sculptures but I also use metal and mirrors as well.

How long will it take to receive my sculpture?
If the item should be in stick, usually 4 days. If the item is a "made to order" item, (which most of my sculptures are)most sculptures are shipped within 15-20 business days. Larger and or more complicated sculptures can take up to 30 -45 days & Custom orders can take up to 60-90 depending on size/current work load etc. Weather also effects the time frame because I brush lacquer all of my sculptures and the temperature needs to be just right for the best outcome and this is always what I strive for.

How do you package your sculptures?
I package each sculpture with great care, time & expense. Each sculpture is wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap. A custom box is made for each sculpture. This usually takes an hour or more for each sculpture. The custom box is filled with dense foam incasing the sculpture which is taped down to the box to hold it in place. Foam surrounds and protects the sculpture & in most cases the hard cardboard box is also reinforced to help protect it from being crushed or bent.

What method do you use to ship your sculptures?
I mainly use FED EX GROUND for the majority of my sculptures. For international shipments it is usually USPS Priority Mail International - and occasionally, at my discretion I also use USPS PRIORITY MAIL (2-3days) for US customers. It all depends on the size of the sculpture and how fast I need to get it to you if I'm running a bit behind schedule.

How do I hang the sculpture?
I provide triangle ring hangers and screws with all of my sculptures. It is up to you to provide the screw for your wall and a screw driver. You can chose of course to use your own hanging hardware if you wish. However, I provide it for you for convenience and attach them on most instances.

How do I clean the sculpture?
You can use a dry dust rag to wipe away any dust, and ocassionally a damp rag if needed.

Do you give discounts?
I give a "multiple" purchase discount to anyone who purchases 3 or more sculptures. Contact me for information & process.

Do you combine shipping?
I combine shipping on some items. Most of my items are delicate with mirrors and or quite large or heavy so usually the smaller items I can combine, but please contact me with the item numbers of what you're looking to purchase and I will let you know if they can be combined into one shipment or not.

Do you accept custom requests or orders?
I usually accept minor color changes to my sculptures ( add or omit here and there ) with no additional charge. However, requests for special custom items for size or complete color or design changes are considered and if approved require additional costs. Contact me with any questions.

Do you have any items that are available to ship right away?
Every now and then I may have an item that is available to ship within 4 days. It will state so in the listing but most items are made upon order to keep inventory down. If you should need a particular item by a certain time, please let me know and I will try to accomodate you as best as I can.

What is your return policy?
I do not accept returns for refunds. It is simply not feasible for me at this time. I will only accept returns for merchandise credit, exchange or if a replacement is needed due to shipment damage. For any return - you must keep the ORIGINAL BOX and the packaging. This is especially important for damaged returns. For damaged returns - photos must be taken of the box and the damaged item and forwarded to me on email so a claim can be started. A replacement will be shipped out as soon as possible. Please see my shop policies for more information.
